Motivation is a mood. Dedication is a habit.
Most fitness apps chase a dopamine hit and hope you come back. Clocking In is built for the ordinary days, the ones where you don't feel like training but do it anyway. Whoever you are and whatever you train for, you follow a real program, log the session, and let small efforts stack into measurable progress. No gimmicks. No hype. No promises of overnight results. Just honest work that holds up over time.
One app for every sport and every session.
Whether you lift, run, box, ride, play a court or field sport, or train for the job, Clocking In has a place for it. Start with the timer and your own programs for free, then unlock the coach-built library when you're ready.
Interval timer Free
A full-screen timer for work, rest and rounds. It runs the session so you can stay focused on the training, not the clock.
Programs for any goal
Build and run your own programs for free. Unlock the full library of coach-written programs, tailored to your sport, your goal, and your level, with a subscription.
Built for consistency
Tick off each session and watch the days stack up. The app rewards showing up regularly, not chasing perfect.
Progress you can see
Every session is logged and stored on your phone, so you can look back over weeks and months and see exactly how far you've come.
Built by a coach, not a marketer.
Clocking In was created by a coach with more than twelve years in the field, backed by certifications in the fitness industry and a career as an athlete himself. He has trained athletes across basketball, boxing, rugby, soccer, youth development and more, writing the programs they trusted to perform. He understands training from the inside because he has lived it himself.
For more than five years he served as a Physical Training Instructor in the Australian Defence Force. PTIs are responsible for developing and delivering physical training to soldiers, improving unit fitness, preparing personnel for military fitness assessments, and supporting rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs. They run group PT sessions, design training plans for specific roles and operational demands, and ensure soldiers are physically ready for the requirements of service. PTIs also support selection preparation, facilitate ADF sport, and uphold the standards of safe, effective, evidence-based training across the organisation.
Every plan he wrote, whether for an athlete, a unit, or an individual, was built around what they actually needed. The standard never dropped: sensible, research-based programming and honest, consistent effort. When the outcome mattered, the training held up.
He built Clocking In because he was tired of hype, ads, and here today, gone tomorrow apps that never quite did the job. He trains every day himself, across boxing, cycling, basketball, and fitness tailored for the army, and wanted one honest place that brought all of it together, whatever you train for.
Because he's building this himself, the people who use it shape where it goes. Tell him what you need, and it gets better for everyone. That commitment is the whole point.
His belief is simple: your health is your wealth. Training gives you a clear goal that only you can go and get. Clocking In is built on that: dedication over motivation.
